Praktik Arisan Barang Perspektif Fikih Muamalah (Studi Kasus Arisan MCI di Desa Cranggang)

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of arisan activities that are very common among the community, as is the case in Cranggang Village, one of which is arisan goods. This is driven by the factor of individual human needs to fulfill both primary and secondary needs. Because arisan is essentially a means of saving and debt and credit, where these activities can help those who cannot afford it, they can work together so that they can get the items they want to fulfill their needs. The objectives to be obtained from this research are 1) to find out how the practice of arisan goods takes place and 2) to find out how the perspective of fiqh muamalah in addressing this matter. In this researcher is a research with a type of self-declaraire research, namely research that is directly carried out in the field. By using qualitative methods. The approach of this thesis is interview, observation and documentation. Then the data obtained is analyzed using data verification. The results of this study indicate that the arisan goods that occur in Cranggang Village according to the perspective of fiqh muamalah are mubah and valid because the practice of arisan goods is included in Urf Amali.
