Implementasi Permendagri No.1 Tahun 2016 tentang Perjanjian Sewa Menyewa Aset Desa dan Relevansinya dengan Akad Ijarah (Studi Kasus Desa Bakalan Kecamatan Kalinyamatan Kabupaten Jepara)

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the implementation of Permendagri No.1 of 2016 concerning lease agreements for village asset and their relevance to ijarah contracts in Bakalan Village, Kalinyamatan District, Jepara Regency. This research was conducted using field research. This research is qualitative research. Sources of data were obtained through primary data, namely related to research subjects and secondary data, namely relate to literature related to research objects, with data collection techniques through interviews with informants and through journals or books. Data collection tecniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation, and for data analysis carried out by data collection, data reduction, data display and finally drawing conclusion. Based on the result of the research conducted, it can be concluded that regarding the management of village assets in the form of leasing village assets in the form of village treasury land and bondo that occurs between the village government and tenants and is carried out by an auction system every year has been running according to Permendagri regulation No.1 of 2016 concerning village asset management and is also in accordance with the ijarah agreement, namely the lease agreement for village asset in Bakalan Village, Kalinyamatan District, Jepara Regency, has fulfilled the requirements, namely the agreement of the parties to the agreement, goods that are rented are goods that are not prohibited, there is sighat (consent and qabul) and there are rewards.
