Sosialisasi Pelatihan Hak dan Kewajiban Calon Ustadz/ Ustadzah Di Sekolah BIAS

Abstract


The purpose of this activity is to equalize perceptions about the rights and Obligations at the BIAS School for prospective Ustadz/Ustadzah. Perceptions about the rights and Obligations are related to teaching and learning activities at BIAS Schools, Ustadzah Profiles and SOPs at BIAS Schools. This mentoring method is carried out using a contextual strategy, namely linking theory and practice, namely theory is carried out in class through lectures and practice is carried out through observation in BIAS schools. The results obtained from this mentoring were that participants received an increase in knowledge as evidenced through a comprehensive test with the results of taking a comprehensive test related to the questions posed by the BIAS School Principal to Participants regarding mastery of BIAS curriculum material obtained an average result of 83%, handling Children obtained an average result of 80%, Spirit and attitude of Jihad obtained an average result of 79%, Scientific Attitude obtained an average result of 90% and assessment of memorizing vows and daily prayers obtained an average result of 95%.
